The deal, in plain English: what you are buying, what it costs, when you can change your mind, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Choosing your meals and pressing Continue to payment places an order and obliges you to pay for it. Your order is accepted, and the contract made, when we send your confirmation — not before. If we cannot fulfil it we will tell you and refund you in full.
Orders for a given week close at 20:00 on Friday. After that the week is locked because the food is already being bought.
Prices are shown on the site and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged by postcode zone, shown before you pay, and some zones carry a minimum order. Collection is free. We may change prices, but never for a week you have already paid for.
A weekly subscription bills automatically at each Friday cutoff until you stop it. You can skip a week, change your meals, change plan or cancel outright from your account link, with no notice period and no fee, any time before the cutoff. There is no minimum term and no lock-in. Cancel after a cutoff and that week still comes — it is already being cooked.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally get 14 days to cancel something bought at a distance. Freshly prepared food is one of the stated exceptions — regulation 28(1)(b) covers goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — so that right does not apply once a week's food is made.
What you can do instead, and it comes to much the same thing: change or cancel anything you like before the Friday cutoff, for free. That is why the cutoff exists.
None of this affects your legal rights if the food arrives late, damaged, or not as described.
Every dish lists its allergens. Our kitchen handles gluten, milk, egg, soya, sesame and nuts, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of them. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering. Tell us about allergies when you order and we will cook around them where we can — but we will always tell you honestly if we cannot.
Meals are cooked fresh and delivered chilled. Keep them refrigerated and eat them by the date on the label.
Tell us. Email hello@easybitenutrition.com, the same week if you can. If a meal was not right we will replace it or refund it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 food must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and nothing here takes that away from you.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction. Nothing in them limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
